Commercial Ground-Mount Solar Projects
Tradeco Construction is seeking experienced Ground-Mount Solar Superintendents to lead field operations on commercial solar projects in Maryland and Pennsylvania.
We're looking for hands-on construction leaders who can manage crews, coordinate subcontractors, maintain production schedules, and ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day ground-mount solar construction activities
- Manage crews and subcontractors in the field
- Coordinate materials, equipment, and manpower
- Monitor project schedules and production
- Ensure quality standards are maintained
- Enforce jobsite safety requirements
- Communicate with Project Managers and clients
- Identify and resolve field issues
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Previous ground-mount solar construction experience required
- Superintendent or Foreman experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of solar construction processes
- Ability to read plans and construction documents
- OSHA 30 preferred
- Ability and willingness to travel between projects
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- Pay $35-$45/hr DOE and Per diem if qualified
