Job Description
Tradeco Construction is looking for experienced Rooftop Solar Superintendents to lead commercial solar projects in Maryland and Pennsylvania.
We're looking for experienced field leaders who can manage crews, coordinate subcontractors, maintain project schedules, and ensure safety and quality on the jobsite.
Job Requirements
What we're looking for:
Commercial rooftop solar experience
Strong crew leadership and communication skills
Experience coordinating subcontractors and field operations
Knowledge of solar construction and jobsite safety
OSHA 30 preferred
Willingness to travel
Pay $40-$50/hr DOE and Per diem if qualified
