Assistant Project Manager
Job Description
Tradeco Construction is seeking a qualified Assistant Project Manager for upcoming projects in and around Syracuse, NY. For a busy HVAC contractor.
The construction superintendent will lead the on-site construction team and oversee all work on site.
Responsibilities:

Leading and managing the on-site construction team.

Coordinating and overseeing all work on site.

Project schedule review, short-term schedule production.
-
Ensuring quality standards are met.

Staging materials.
-
Following the project timeline to ensure deadlines are met.

Monitoring and ensuring on-site safety compliance, cleanliness, and orderliness.

Maintaining records for site personnel such as daily field reports, field orders, and RFIs.
-
Coordinating with Subcontractors and Clients.
Construction Superintendent Requirements:

2 years as a construction manager, preferably in HVAC/ Plumbing Field

Proficient with MS Office Word and Excel.

Proficient with taking and uploading digital photographs.

Ability to lift 40 pounds and to operate heavy equipment a plus
-
Ability to interpret and build according to drawings, specifications, and other documents.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-
Outstanding organizational skills.

OSHA 10 or 30

Reliable transportation
