We're looking for a proven field leader who can take control of daily operations, manage multiple crews, solve problems in real time, and help drive major civil site development projects from the ground up.

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:45 AM–4:00 PM
Location: Thonotosassa, FL
YOU'LL BE THE ONE RUNNING THE JOBSITE
This isn't a position for someone who wants to sit on the sidelines.
You'll be responsible for keeping field operations organized, productive, safe, and moving forward.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading daily field operations
- Managing multiple crews and subcontractors
- Scheduling manpower and equipment
- Driving production and meeting project goals
- Leading jobsite safety meetings
- Coordinating inspections
- Reading and interpreting civil plans
- Managing project schedules
- Verifying elevations and grades
- Tracking quantities and production
- Ordering materials
- Resolving field and utility conflicts
- Working directly with the Project Manager
- Mentoring and developing Foremen
Job Requirements
We're looking for a Superintendent who has been there and done it.
You should have experience with:
7+ years in civil site development
3+ years as a Superintendent or Lead Superintendent
Managing multiple crews
Underground utilities
Storm, sanitary, and water systems
Force main experience is a plus
Earthwork and grading
Concrete work including curbs, sidewalks, slabs, and structures
Reading civil plans
Scheduling and daily reporting
OSHA and jobsite safety

You should understand the operation and production capabilities of equipment including:

- Skid Steers

- Backhoes
- Rollers
- Off-Road Dump Trucks
- GPS Machine Control
- Laser Levels
- Pipe Lasers
Experience with Bluebeam, Procore, HCSS, Trimble, MOT, drone progress documentation, or utility conflict resolution is a plus!
