Commercial Plumbing Foreman

Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and coordinate crews of up to 10 plumbers and apprentices.
- Plan daily work activities and ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
- Maintain a safe jobsite by enforcing OSHA and company safety standards.
- Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction schedules.
- Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, inspectors, and other trades.
- Order, track, and manage materials for assigned projects.
- Complete daily reports and safety documentation using a tablet.
- Perform hands-on plumbing work as needed, especially when supervising smaller crews (approximately 25% tool time for crews under eight employees).
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of commercial plumbing experience with prior foreman or supervisory experience.
- Journeyman-level knowledge of commercial plumbing systems and pipe fitting.
- Ability to read blueprints and execute project schedules.
- Experience managing manpower, productivity, and labor budgets.
- Knowledge of Procore or similar construction management software preferred.
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly preferred.
