Tradeco Construction is currently seeking Licensed Journeyman Electricians for a project in Paragould, AR. The successful candidate will ensure safe and compliant electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs while upholding company and industry standards and regulations. Per diem available.
Pay rate - $27.00 - $32.00 per hour
Per Diem - $125.00 per day worked

Tradeco Construction is a medium-sized construction staffing company that specializes in skilled trades, primarily the MEP trades. We do commercial/industrial work and obtain work through partnerships with other trade contractors that need our help to complete their projects. While we are very similar to a temp service, we do not hire temps. We’re only interested in hiring employees that want to work with us full time. Licensed Journeyman and Apprentice Electricians
Job Description
Tradeco Construction is currently seeking Licensed Journeyman Electricians for a project in Paragould, AR. The successful candidate will ensure safe and compliant electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs while upholding company and industry standards and regulations. Per diem available.
Pay rate - $27.00 - $32.00 per hour
Per Diem - $125.00 per day worked
Responsibilities include:
- Install and repair electrical equipment and fixtures.
- Install various types of raceway and cable tray systems.
- Ability to run conduit and pull wire.
- Troubleshoot motor and control systems.
- Perform routine maintenance on electrical wiring and systems.
- Adhere to all quality and safety codes.
Qualifications:
- Must hold a current Journeyman License.
- Ability to utilize NEC Code book.
- Journeyman: Minimum 5 years experience in heavy commercial/industrial construction
- Must have basic electrical hand tools.
- Previous experience in electrical engineering or other related fields
- Familiarity with electrical schematics, blueprints, and manuals
- Familiarity with electrical equipment and hand tools
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work alone or in a team environment
- Problem solving and strategic thinking skills
- Must be able to work under pressure in a time-sensitive and demanding environment
