We're hiring experienced Framing Carpenters to join our team on residential and commercial construction projects throughout Florida. If you're dependable, safety-minded, and take pride in quality craftsmanship, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

Construct wood and metal framing for residential and commercial buildings.

Frame walls, floors, roofs, stair systems, and structural components.

Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, and project specifications.

Measure, cut, and install framing materials accurately.

Work safely with hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.

Work efficiently with project managers and fellow tradespeople to meet project deadlines.
Job Requirements
What We're Looking For

Minimum 2 years of framing experience preferred.

Experience with residential and/or commercial framing.

Ability to read blueprints and follow construction plans.

Reliable transportation to Florida job sites.

Own basic hand tools preferred.

Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail.

Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in Florida's heat and weather conditions.

OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification is a plus but not required.
