Journeyman Pipefitter
Job Description
The Journeyman Pipefitter will be responsible for installing and maintaining commercial piping systems. Working as part of a large team of 8 or more members, this role requires expertise in reading blueprints, handling equipment safely, and preparing materials efficiently to ensure high-quality and compliant installations.
Responsibilities
- Install commercial piping systems according to specifications
- Interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
- Handle and operate pipefitting equipment safely
- Prepare materials for installation and repair tasks
Job Requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of pipefitting experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- OSHA Safety Certification
- Proficient in blueprint reading
- Strong mechanical aptitude
