Open Positions
MEP Technician (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing)
Responsibilities:

Install, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.

Troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
-
Ensure all work complies with local building codes and safety regulations.

Work collaboratively with project managers and other trades.
Job Requirements
-
Experience in MEP construction or related trade.

Ability to read plans and technical drawings.
-
Strong problem-solving skills.
-
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred.

OSHA certification is a plus.

Skilled Carpenter
Responsibilities:

Perform framing, finish carpentry, trim work, cabinetry, and general construction.

Read blueprints and follow project specifications.

Operate hand and power tools safely.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Deliver high-quality craftsmanship on every project.
Qualifications:
-
Minimum 2 years of carpentry experience preferred.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Knowledge of construction methods and safety practices.

Own basic hand tools preferred.

Reliable transportation.
